DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE COMPANY

The company LIVARNA GORICA d.o.o. has successfully secured co-financing through the public call P4D 2025 – Incentives for the Digital Transformation of SMEs.

The project involves the comprehensive establishment of a digital ecosystem for monitoring and optimizing production via an IIoT technology portal based on the single source of truth principle, the integration of a digital twin platform for 3D optimization of castings, the integration of software for processing chemical analyses, electronic recording of working hours, and the enhancement of employees’ digital competencies.

• Increase in value added per employee

• Improved transparency of information
• Improved customer experience
• Improved traceability and control of processes
• Reduction of errors and complaints

• Increased production efficiency through faster detection and resolution of deviations.

The project was implemented between October 2024 and February 2026.

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
